On June 16th the Emerald Awards were held at the Citaldel theater were Eco-Air was nominated in the Youth category. And to our great surprise and pleasure WE WON! The award was accepted by Willow, joined by Mikayla, Molly and Sam on stage. The night ended with buffet style refreshments and a chance to mingle with the other nominees and award winners. It was truly a night to remember!
Read more about our Victory here! and here!

Tell any kids you know to join the fun. Tell everyone. The plan is to meet at Churchill Square across from the Library. Corner with the fireplace beside the 3 Bananas. ..
...Tips: Bring homemade posters and dress to catch the eye of the media. Tell kids at your school to join the fun.

The Raging Grannies (or just "Raging Grannies") are an activist organization that started in Victoria, British Columbia, over the winter of 1986/87. There are now groups in many cities and towns in different countries. They are social justice activists, all women old enough to be grandmothers, who dress up in clothes that mock stereotypes of older women, and sing songs at protests. They typically write the lyrics themselves, putting their political messages to the tunes of well known songs
